Method to Gain Access to Customer or Distributor Support Area

If you are already registered as current, valid customer or distributor, and wish to "Gain Access to the Customer or Distributor Support Area", please click on Support at the top right of this Home page.  Scroll down to and click on "Request Customer / Distributor Access" and fill out the form that appears.

After you submit the form, please allow 1-2 business days for your access to be confirmed. (We may contact you or your current employer to confirm eligibilty) Once access is granted, and you have logged-in, there will be additional menus on the left above our product menu. Please use these menus to access available support files.
